‘It’s very simple – great produce - great food, we source the finest freshest produce available using a wide array of regional food purveyors providing us with seasonal products.
We have a strong belief in purity and simplicity resulting in clean identifiable flavours. Our constant focus on livestock welfare, organic and biodynamic produce as well as respect for natures elements are fundamental principles in which we put to gastronomic practice on a daily basis in our kitchen.
We support domestic farmers and growers both organic and free-range, who are directly connected with the land itself.
