The Feast of the Chestnut -

An intimate dinner celebrating chestnuts with four courses matched to Pennyweight Winery wines. Our chef Shauna Stockwell together with Chestnuts Australia will present and discuss the history of chestnuts in Australia, how to prepare and cook, and the health benefits of using chestnuts. There will also be an open discussion to allow guests to further understand this unique fresh product. Stephen Morris from Pennyweight Winery will also give a small talk about his bio dynamic wines .
